THE GIRL BEHIND THE BRUSH
Hello beautiful people! I am Catherine (AKA Cat) Mignano, and I am a NYC based Make-Up Artist/ Hair Stylist.
As a young girl, my "dream job" was to be an artist. I knew that in my future I was going to pursue artistry one way or another.
My art is a creative outlook for me. Picking up a brush, whether it be a paint brush or an eye-shadow brush, brings me to a different world. A world where I can see my ideas come to life, and get lost in my creativity.
My passion for art and makeup artistry brought me to attend Make-Up Designory (MUD) in New York City, completing the Multi-Media Program. It was during this intensive training that I designed makeup for a series of beauty and fashion photoshoots and designed a range of characters. I have worked on several photoshoots and short films with a range of upcoming directors and talented casts. I live for the excitement of meeting and hearing artists ideas and seeing through others creative eyes.
I look forward to the future of my artistry, and to see how it evolves in hopes it will inspire others in the way art inspires me everyday.
